September 1st is an important date for us. Back in 2022, Sam and I started this journey by launching Craft CXM in market to become a truly client-centric, customer experience partner and trusted advisor to clients across the region.
During the last 3 years, customer expectations of brands has continued to increase with deep personalisation experiences now considered essential. Loyalty programs need to be meaningful to individuals and journeys need to serve customer requirements at every step. We’ve seen brands across markets increase their appreciation of the impact of CX grow to new levels and with it the need to extract value from technology investments intensified greatly.
That’s where Craft CXM have stayed true to ourselves in “enabling valuable connected customer experiences” across complex ecosystems.
Over this time, Craft CXM has continually evolved into a full strategic partner adding capabilities and deepened expertise that lead our clients forward. Some of the key highlights include:
- Introduced Craft CXM New Zealand which has enabled us to provide deeper, localised support to our clients across New Zealand.
- Launching Craft CXM India Services has given us the ability to provide delivery and technical support services to clients globally at scale.
- We’ve also continued to evolve our market partnerships now boasting 15+ technology partnerships through our extended CXM network, ensuring we remain at the forefront of martech innovation across the market.
It truly has been a fantastic 3-years of continuous evolution, growth and committed delivery. A huge thank you and appreciation to all our client-partners.
